Can I change or cancel my order?

You can only change/cancel before it’s shipped. Once it’s out, no edits.

My order didn’t go through, but money was deducted.

The amount usually auto-reverses in 2–5 business days. If not, contact your bank.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your city.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS once it ships.

What’s your return policy?

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery—unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Do you offer refunds?

Bank refunds are not given. We issue store credits instead.
